How to redeem Forsaken Coins to Soul Crystals

After purchasing from the Webshop, the Forsaken Coins you receive must be redeemed in the in-game shop > Recharge page by selecting the Soul Crystals items in the Recharge section.

If you have enough Forsaken Coins, a confirmation window will appear, allowing you to click "Use Forsaken Coins" to complete the redemption. 

If you do not have enough Forsaken Coins, a top-up page will show up.

How to claim First Recharge Rewards

After purchasing from the Webshop, the Forsaken Coins you receive must be redeemed in the in-game shop > Recharge page by selecting the Soul Crystals items in the Recharge section.
