How to Redeem the Gift Codes

1. Go to the Redemption Page Link: https://event.vnggames.com/fw2idthph/receive-gift?hl=en 

2. Click on "Redeem code" section to access the redemption page.

3. Provide the required info such as the Gift Code, Game Information (where you want to get the reward), and captcha. 

3.1. If you choose to log in your account to choose the character

- Click the “Login” button on the interface, and choose your selected login method.

- After successfully logging into the account, select the server and character where you wish to receive the rewards. Please make sure to provide the correct captcha.

3.2. If you prefer entering the Character ID directly, kindly follow these steps:

- Choose the server where your character is located.

- Enter your Character ID (the character ID is the series of numbers on the character interface - tap your avatar at the upper left part of the screen).

- Enter the redemption code and captcha to receive the rewards.

- Redemption successful!

View the in-game notifications to confirm that the rewards are sent successfully.
