Webshop Top-up Tutorial

Step 1: Go to the VNGGames Webshop and enter your Role ID or log in using Email/Google/Apple/Facebook.
※To get your Role ID, please log in to your game account and click on your avatar at the upper left corner of the screen to see your Role ID in the character information section. 

Important: Please note that if you select the Role ID login option, you cannot view transaction records and order numbers on the Webshop page. 

Step 2: After successfully logging in, the character information will be displayed. Please select the gift package and preferred payment method.

Step 3: After completing a purchase through the Webshop and obtaining Forsaken Coins, you need to enter the in-game shop > recharge page, select the Soul Crystal Package item, and use the Forsaken Coins to exchange (as shown below) to trigger the first recharge reward.

Webshop Transaction History Query Method

Step 1: Enter VNGGames Webshop and log in using Email/Google/Apple/Facebook
※Please note that if you log in using Role ID, you cannot view transaction records and order numbers on the Webshop page.

Step 2: Please select the server and role you want to query, and click "Confirm" after confirmation.

Step 3: Click "Account Information" in the upper right corner of the screen, and click "Transaction History" in the menu.

Step 4: You have successfully viewed the Transaction History! If you have customer service needs, you can follow this step to find the corresponding Transaction ID (Note: Always include the Transaction ID when you submit a ticket report for checking).

3. When top-up, please pay attention to the online status of the character, and avoid switching IPs or top-up while the character is in cross-server or battle server to avoid encountering error orders, unsuccessful top-up, etc.

4. If the Webshop is idle for too long, orders may be error, top-up may be unsuccessful, etc. Please refresh the webpage before top-up to ensure that the Webshop can read the character's online status.

5. Please go to the game and click on the role information in the upper left corner to view the Role ID. Please note that if you use the Role ID to log in, you cannot view the transaction records and order numbers on the Webshop page.
