※For roleid, please go to the game and click on the character information in the upper left corner to view the roleid. Please note that if you log in with the roleid, you cannot view transaction records and order numbers on the Webshop page.

• Step 2: After successfully logging in, the character information will be displayed. Please select the gift package and payment method you want.

• Step 3: After completing a purchase through the Webshop and obtaining Forsaken Coins, you need to enter the in-game shop > recharge page, select the Soul Crystal item, and use the Forsaken Coins to exchange (as shown below) to trigger the first recharge reward.

Webshop Transaction History Query Method

• Step 1: Enter VNGGames Webshop and log in using Email/Google/Apple/Facebook

※Please note that if you log in using a role ID (Role ID), you cannot view transaction records and order numbers on the Webshop page
