This update introduces a unique battle mechanic that transforms you into mythical Phantom Spirit beings during combat, bringing new tactical advantages and a fresh layer of fun to the game. Here’s everything you need to know to get started.
How to Unlock the Phantom Spirit System
To unlock the Phantom Spirit System, you’ll need to meet the following conditions:
- Character Level: Reach level 60.
- Server Open Date: Ensure your server has been open for at least 2 days.
Once these requirements are met, you’re all set to dive into the Phantom Spirit System and experience a powerful new way to engage in battles!
Exploring the Phantom Spirit System
The Phantom Spirit System has four main sections: Deployment, Evolution, Growth Path, and Star Array. Here’s a quick look at how each one works:
1. Deployment
Once you unlock the Phantom Spirit feature and acquire your first Phantom Spirit, head to the Deployment screen. You can equip up to three Phantom Spirits at a time. With a Phantom Spirit equipped, you’ll gain the power to transform into that Phantom Spirit’s form during combat. Here’s how it works:
- Charge Your Transformation Energy by dealing or taking damage in battle.
- Activate the Phantom Spirit Skill when fully charged, transforming into the chosen Phantom Spirit. Each form offers unique abilities and an independent health bar, perfect for dealing explosive damage or dodging enemy attacks strategically.
With Phantom Spirit transformations, you can shine on the battlefield in many fantastic forms—from a fierce lion to a mystical deity or even an adorable panda!
2. Evolution
The Evolution function allows you to enhance your Phantom Spirit’s abilities. Evolving your Phantom Spirit unlocks new active and passive skills, boosts transformation attributes, and strengthens your Phantom Spirit's impact in battle. It’s a great way to keep your transformations powerful and effective against stronger opponents.
3. Growth Path
The Growth Path lets you fine-tune your Phantom Spirit transformations, offering features like extended transformation time, energy recovery, and enhanced combat abilities. By progressing through the Growth Path, you’ll be able to increase the impact of your Phantom Spirit transformations. Materials needed for these upgrades can be collected in the Hall of Heroes gameplay mode, so dive in and strengthen your Phantom Spirit!
4. Star Array
If you’re a collector, the Star Array is for you! This part of the system offers additional stats and passive skills based on the Phantom Spirit you’ve collected. Collect, upgrade, and showcase your Phantom Spirit to gain even more benefits!
New Challenge: Hall of Heroes
Alongside the Phantom Spirit System, we’re introducing a brand-new PvE mode, Hall of Heroes. This mode is a personal PvE challenge where you’ll face off against powerful bosses in your Phantom Spirit form. Here’s how it works:
- Battle as a Phantom Spirit: You’ll transform into different Phantom Spirit forms, with the ability to switch transformations mid-fighting. Each boss you face will test your skills with various transformation strategies.
- Earn Rewards: By clearing each chapter, you’ll collect breakthrough materials for your Phantom Spirit Growth Path, along with rare Phantom Spirit entities that can be used to enhance your abilities further.
